Portiera Designs is proud to feature gift prints by Michael Swearngin
from his original acrylic paintings. Michael's contemporary cowboy paintings have a wonderfully modern interpretation of traditionally
western subjects. The process he uses is similar to batik, creating a play between color and negative space that is truly
remarkable. These paintings were inspired by working cowboys and cowgirls, their competitive spirit of rodeo and ranching
way of life, and their courage and hard work to keep the heritage of the west alive. Great in pairs and wonderful for framing!
